Selvom man skal gøre retten klar nogle døgn i forvejen, er den super let at lave. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Det er dejligt at kunne forberede en ret i forvejen, så man den dag man skal servere den, kan koncentrere sig om noget andet.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Havtaskekæber har en fantastisk smag, men særligt konsistensen er noget ganske særligt.  Den er meget fast og velegner sig derfor utrolig godt til ceviche, så der er et godt bid i fisken. Cevichen serveres ofte som forret eller appetitvækker og kan portionsanrettes, men denne version er i et stort fad til deling – familiestil.</span></div>
