Men den kan naturligvis også nydes på andre årstider.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Nordfras færøske kammuslinger er små i størrelsen. De ligger på omkring 5 g pr. stk. Beregn omkring 150-200 g pr. voksen person.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Alfa og omega, når det handler om kammuslinger: De skal have meget kort tid på varmen. Konsistensen er silkeblød og behagelig, når den får tilpas lidt varme. Modsat bliver den sej og trevlet, hvis du overgør stegetiden. Så husk: Kort tid på varmen. &#8211; kammuslinger kan jo spises rå og anvendes gerne i sushi.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Portionens størrelse afgør, om der er tale om hoved- eller forret, derfor figurerer den under begge kategorier.</span></div>

<div class="wprm-recipe-summary wprm-block-text-normal"><span style="display: block;">Denne fiskeret er egentlig en gammel opskrift, der på Færøerne er blevet spist meget. Hver gang jeg serverer den her i Danmark bliver der spurgt efter opskriften. Og hver gang får jeg samme “rynkede-pande-reaktion”, når jeg fortæller, at der er fersken i suppen. Kan man virkelig bruge ferskner i en fiskeret til aftensmaden? Ja, det kan man godt, det gør endda måske også, at børnene har lettere ved at spise retten, da den bliver mere sød og af samme grund endnu mere børnevenlig.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Portionen er til ca 4 personer, men vi plejer at lave en dobbelt 😉</span></div>

Skru ned for varmen, da det ellers vil resultere i at fisken kan smuldre og miste den gode smag.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-24324-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Lad fisken og ferskenstykkerne være i gryden i ca 10 minutter, så de bliver gennemvarmet inden servering.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-24324-step-0-9" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Hvidløgsflutes egner sig godt som tilbehør.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-24324-step-0-10" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">OBS: Hvis man er glad for stærk smag kan man med fordel tilsætte, cayennepeber og chili.
