Den ene ret er lidt større og kraftigere end den anden, så jeg vil driste mig til at kalde dem henholdsvis: en herremad og en damemad. Servér den sur-søde limesirup i en lille skål eller kande som lækkert ekstra dryp til begge madder.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Begge retter kan spises lune, men er også lækre som afkølede, så du behøver ikke gå i panik over det tidsmæssige. Selve fiskeretterne er også lækre rullet i kølige wraps med salat og med lidt sirupsdryp.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Drik iskoldt vand, hvidvin eller øl til.</span></div>

Med skiftende tilbehør bliver retten ny hver gang.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Det er rart at have en opskrift, som virkelig rykker – især, når man får gæster, siger Hildigunn Tausen, der tit laver retten.
