Noget som både var meget nemt, men også en del sundere end hvad der alternativt var blevet serveret. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Så det blev fiskeboller med broccoli, kartofler og majs! </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Fiskebollerne / knettir kommer jo færdiglavet så de skal blot tages ud af fryseren og lægges i en gryde uden at tøs op først. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Dette er ikke en opskrift, men nærmere en fremgangsmåde til at tilberede de færdiglavede knettir.</span></div>

Som det står i opskriften, må de ikke få for meget, da de så svulmer op og mister konsistensen.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Du tager dem direkte fra frost og gennemvarmer dem i en gryde. Tør du dem op først, egner de sig rigtig godt skiveskårne til en tur på den varme stegepande. Derved opnår de en sprød kant, der klær den rigtig godt både som hovedret og til pålæg.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Opskriften herunder sigter direkte mod de små poder ved bordet. Det er naturligvis ikke nødvendigt for de voksne at skære fiskebollerne så meget ud. Til voksne beregnes 1-2 hele fiskeboller.</span></div>

<div class="wprm-recipe-summary wprm-block-text-normal"><span style="display: block;">Retten her kan nærmest ikke gå under en “opskrift” men børnene er ret glade for at fiskebollerne får en sprød kant. En “opskrift” velegnet til en travl børnefamilie, hvor nem mad kan være redningen.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Børnene er ret glade for at fiskebollerne bliver lidt sprøde, så jeg skærer dem over og kommer dem på en brandvarm pande. De får 1 minut på hver side. Så sættes temperaturen ned, og et låg lægges på. Derefter får de ca 10 minutter, så de varmes ordenligt igennem.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Det skulle være nemt til hele ugen, så jeg skrællede og snittede 4 kg gulerødder i starten af ugen og lagde dem i en beholder fyldt med vand i køleskabet. På den måde var det meget nemt at tage fra beholderen og lægge i gryden sammen med lidt salt. Det gode ved at have snittet dem i tynde skiver er at de ikke skal have så lang tid, ca 15-20 minutter. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Denne ret kan laves med et barn både på armen og et andet eller to, der ligger imellem benene og kører med biler. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Bare for at tilføje lidt ekstra, måske mest til os voksne tilføjede jeg lidt stegt grønt til. Men jeg tænker også en smørsauce kunne fungere godt til, hvis ikke man er fedtforskrækket.</span></div>
