Den er et fint alternativ til traditionel remoulade. Dejlig nem og hurtig at lave. Får den lidt tid i køleskabet inden servering, træder krydderierne endnu tydeligere frem, men du kan også lave den, imens fisken er på panden eller i ovnen.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Cremen kan varieres i al uendelighed. Du kan tilsætte de krydderier, du holder mest af – f.eks. karry eller paprika. Skifte stærk sennep ud med sød, komme mere eller mindre remoulade i, osv.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Her er det faktisk kun fantasien, der sætter grænser. <span data-start="709" data-end="1090" style="display: block;">Denne type creme passer særligt godt til fisk, fordi den både har syre, fedme og lidt kant fra sennep og hvidløg. Det giver en god balance til den rene og milde smag, som mange fisk har. Server den for eksempel til stegt rødspætte, sprøde fiskefileter, ovnbagt laks eller som dip til fiskefrikadeller. Den fungerer også fint i en fiskeburger eller som dressing i en salat med fisk.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div>
<span data-start="1092" data-end="1393" style="display: block;">Hvis du ønsker en lidt lettere udgave, kan du bruge cremefraiche med lavere fedtprocent eller blande den med lidt yoghurt naturel. Vil du have mere fylde i smagen, kan du tilsætte en smule citronsaft eller lidt fintrevet citronskal. Det giver en friskhed, som klæder de fleste fiskeretter rigtig godt.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div>
<span data-start="1395" data-end="1648" style="display: block;">Du kan også prøve at røre lidt finthakket dild, purløg eller persille i cremen. Friske krydderurter giver både farve og en mild, grøn smag, der passer perfekt til fisk. Lidt kapers eller finthakket cornichoner kan også give et dejligt lille syrligt bid.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div>
<span data-start="1650" data-end="1875" style="display: block;">Cremen kan med fordel laves i god tid og stå på køl. Faktisk bliver den kun bedre af at trække en times tid eller to, så smagene får lov at samle sig. Den kan typisk holde sig 2–3 dage i en tætsluttende beholder i køleskabet.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div>
